Geotechnical Engineering/Soil Investigations

We have drill rigs located in our Fargo, Bismarck and Grand Forks offices to serve all of North Dakota and the surrounding region. We perform soil borings and soil investigations for all types of projects ranging from single family homes to multi-level commercial structures, as well as dams, lagoons, treatments plants, roads, airports, grain bins/elevators and many more.

 

Construction Materials Testing Services

Our primary services include design and control of Portland cement concrete and bituminous concrete mixtures, field and laboratory testing of Portland cement concrete, compaction testing of subgrades and engineered fill, soil observations, physical properties of aggregates, quality control and quality assurance testing of bituminous mixtures, and emulsified road oil testing.  Most of our technicians are state DOT certified for QA/QC testing of construction materials in the following states, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Environmental Services

We also perform environmental soil borings and monitoring well installation for Level D environmental projects.  We are registered monitoring well contractors in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
